This delicious Takis Chicken packs a bold flavor and crunch from crushed Takis chips. This chicken bakes in just 30 minutes in the oven for an easy weeknight meal.

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise into cutlets.
  • Add the Takis to a food processor and pulse until they are completely crumbled. (Alternatively, place the Takis in a bag and smash them with a frying pan to make the crumbs.) Place the Taki crumbs in a shallow dish or pie plate.
  • Unwrap the butter an place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted. Then, brush both sides of each chicken with butter. Then, dip each buttered cutlet into the Taki crumbs pressing to coat.
  • Place the Taki-coated chicken cutlets on a greased baking sheet and spray the top of each with a couple of squirts of cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes, then serve immediately.
