This delicious Takis Chicken packs a bold flavor and crunch from crushed Takis chips. This chicken bakes in just 30 minutes in the oven for an easy weeknight meal.
Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise into cutlets.
Add the Takis to a food processor and pulse until they are completely crumbled. (Alternatively, place the Takis in a bag and smash them with a frying pan to make the crumbs.) Place the Taki crumbs in a shallow dish or pie plate.
Unwrap the butter an place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted. Then, brush both sides of each chicken with butter. Then, dip each buttered cutlet into the Taki crumbs pressing to coat.
Place the Taki-coated chicken cutlets on a greased baking sheet and spray the top of each with a couple of squirts of cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes, then serve immediately.
