  • Chop the avocado, red onion, jalapeno and cilantro and juice the lime.
  • Add everything to a bowl and stir to mix.
  • Serve with chips or vegetables for dipping or as a condiment for your favorite Mexican entree.

Notes

Once in the serving bowl, squirt the top of the Spicy Guacamole with fresh lemon or lime juice to delay the browning process.
