  • Add the oil, salt and pepper to a large bowl, stirring to combine. Add the sliced sausage and diced potatoes, stirring to combine again.
  • Spread the seasoned sausage and potatoes onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
