  • Preheat the oven to 425.
  • Slice the chicken breasts into thin slices.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried parsley, dill, oregano, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl, stirring to coat.
  • Spread the seasoned chicken onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately once cooked.
