  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the oil, salt and pepper. Add the frozen vegetables, stirring to coat.
  • Spread the seasoned frozen vegetables onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

Notes

This method works great with any frozen vegetables but my favorites are green beans, broccoli, cauliflower or okra.
