  • Preheat the oven to 425.
  • Slice the chicken, onion and bell pepper.
  • Next, add the oil, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl and stir. Then, add the chicken, sliced onion, pepper and mushrooms, stirring to coat.
  • Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetable mixture onto a greased sheet pan and bake at 425 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Drain off any juices from the pan. Top the cooked chicken and vegetables with slices of cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve Chicken Philly Cheesesteak on a sub roll to enjoy it the classic way or eat it as is on a plate for a delicious low-carb meal.
