  • Preheat the oven to 425.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper then spread the chicken thighs across the covered pan.
  • Brush both the top and bottom of each chicken thigh with BBQ, then place the chicken thighs top side up on the pan.
  • Bake the chicken thighs at 425 for 30 minutes (or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.) Then, (using a clean brush that hasn't touched raw chicken,) give the chicken thighs a final brush with BBQ sauce.
  • Once you've given the thighs a final brush, serve them immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side, if desired.

Notes

Alternatively, you can follow these directions to grill the chicken thighs rather than bake them.
