This easy and delicious Chopped Greek Salad comes together in just 10 minutes with a few simple ingredients producing a salad that is crisp, flavorful and pairs well with a variety of meals.

    this recipe

Greek Salad is a classic combination of ingredients usually containing cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and kalamata olives. There are numerous twists on the traditional Greek Salad and my Chopped Greek Salad omits lettuce to showcase the texture of the chopped vegetables tossed in a simple homemade Greek salad dressing. Feeling ambitious? Try this recipe for making your own feta cheese for this salad.

Pair this salad with one of my other Mediterranean recipes such as Mediterranean Hummus Bowls, Mediterranean Chicken Tray Bake or Baked Salmon with Dill and Lemon.
